it had me at hello

Remember when I found this cabinet on kijiji a couple of weeks ago? For twenty.five.dollars??? 🙂

It had me at hello.

Speaking of hello…hello snow-tracked floors. Nice of you to muck up my photo.

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the cabinet. I actually liked the green but I wanted it to be neutral enough for me to move from room to room.

It received a couple of coats of Behr’s Light French Gray (are you sick of that color yet?) 😉

Sorry, I bought a gallon and I’m trying to finish it off. Plus, I don’t think I’ll ever be sick of that color. It’s perfect.

I distressed it so that the original green would peek through and glazed it with Valspar Antiquing Glaze. Rusted iron pulls from Hobby Lobby were the finishing touch.
